I ::heart:: Grandmother Toad

Watched Brother's Grimm last night. Liked it quite a bit. When I finished watching it it, one of my first thoughts was: "I want an icon that says 'Trust the Toad'". Except I have a free account, so that would mean I'd have decommission one of my other icons to use it. A sad, sad situation I find myself in with many of the unused icons living on my hard drive.
And am I the only one that finds some typos to be incredibly amusing? I just looked back on the previous paragraph and saw that I'd written "fifnished" instead of "finished" and thought it was really funny. Or is it just that I'm kind of pathetic?
And the Plot Bunny of Doom is still nibbling away. The story won't be very long, actually, just much longer than I'd planned. I think it's following a basic episode structure (a teaser and five acts), so I'm staring to think of it as the first episode of a virtual season 6 of AtS (with enough of Buffy & co. that it could be a S8 of BtVS), only I don't plan on ever writing the rest of the season. Anywho, I've got the teaser and the first act written. I thought about posting them now, but there are a few glitches with the teaser (gah! I really am thinking about it like an ep, aren't I?), and I don't think I'll be able to see if it works as is until I get this thing at least mostly finished. Oh and I think it's going to be called "Hope On the Piano". Yes, I have been listening to too much Our Lady Peace. But as soon as I started thinking of that as a title, I came up with what I thought was a really cool line to use near the end that kind of ties into that image.

on 2006-03-04 06:35 am (UTC)Lotsa typos are funny. Like "public" when you leave out the "l".
Hope to see your story one day :o)
