Oh, for goodness sake...

My vocabulary isn't working today. The subject line was supposed to be "A Dilemma" but for whatever reason, I couldn't remember how to spell "dilemma." I'm one of the sorts of people who've internalized their spelling, and however I tried to spell it, it looked wrong. And seeing as the spellchecker doesn't cover the subject line...
Anyways, on to the dilemma in question. I've managed to get some more work done on Hope on the Piano; I finished the third... chapter, I guess, but they're really short (matches the expected length of the story), then realized that my earlier suspicion regarding the first chapter/teaser was correct (in that the bookend-style story device just wasn't working), and overhauled the chapter order. Third became first, second stayed put, first moved to the back and probably end up as the fifth. Which means that the first two chapters are basically finished, if in desperate need of a beta (mostly potential canon glitches, which means
moss6886 can only help so much), and I'm feeling post-happy. Do I scar your eyes with the first 2/3rds or less of a sloppily-written fic (that will probably be short enough to fit on one post when it's competed) that I don't know when I'll finish, or do I sit on my hands and wait?
